Large Hydraulic Wind Turbine Caliper Disc Brakes - Made in U.S.A.

W.C. Branham Inc. announces the addition of the H2-90D and H3-120D hydraulic caliper disc brakes specially designed for the Wind Turbine industry.

The H2-90D is a double live side caliper disc brake made from cast ductile iron. It fits on brake discs from 20 inches to an unlimited diameter. Standard sizes are available with disc widths of 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 1, 1-1/8, and 1-1/4 inches. Spacers for metric disc widths are available upon request. Choose optional piston spring retractors for enhanced life of friction lining.

Rated for 2000 psi hydraulic pressure, the H2-90D produces a clamping force of 82,565 lbs and a tangential force of 37,154 lbs.

Interchangeable with Svendborg BSAB 90, Antec HE-2-90 or Sibre ABT 90G.

The H3-120 is a double live side caliper disc brake also made from cast ductile iron. It features six (6) Ea. 120mm (4.75 inch) diameter pistons. Rated for 2500 psi hydraulic pressure, the H3-120D produces a clamping force of 286,800 lbs and a tangential force of 106,320 lbs.

Interchangeable with Svendborg BSAB 120.
