PNEUSA Rodless Cylinders
pneU-SA® [noo-es-ey] Rodless Cylinders provide guiding and load support along the length of its' body. Enclosed mil-spec rated cables connect the piston and carrier connector together, which ride in separate chambers. The benefit is an isolated, internally sealed, pressurized piston chamber that is not exposed to the operating environment resulting in continuous duty.

Why we selected Nylatron GS?
Nylatron GS is nylon filled with molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) to improve its strength and rigidity. Nylatron GS out performs nylon in several areas including heat resistance, tensile and flexural strength. With a lower coefficient of linear thermal expansion than Nylon, Nylatron GS parts maintain better fit and clearances, and have less tendency to seize as bearings. Ideal for improved load bearing capability. Nylatron® GS is a registered trademark of Quadrant Engineering Plastic Products, Inc.
